These terms apply when you use gracewayholidays.com or submit a holiday enquiry to GraceWay Holidays. They do not replace the booking conditions supplied with a formal holiday quotation.
2. Enquiries and quotations
Website content is provided for inspiration. Submitting an enquiry does not create a booking. All quotations are subject to live availability, supplier confirmation and the booking conditions presented before you agree to proceed.
3. Prices
Travel prices can change frequently. Any price or holiday idea must be reconfirmed at the time of quotation and again before booking. A booking is not confirmed until the required payment has been received and written confirmation has been issued.
4. Traveller information
You are responsible for providing accurate passenger names, contact information and travel requirements. Passenger names should match the relevant travel documents exactly.
5. Passports, visas and health
Travellers are responsible for checking and meeting all passport, visa, entry and health requirements for their itinerary. Official government guidance should be checked before booking and again before travel.
6. Travel insurance
Appropriate travel insurance is strongly recommended from the time of booking. Your policy should reflect your destination, health, activities and the value of your arrangements.
7. Changes and cancellations
Amendment and cancellation rights, charges and refund eligibility depend on the specific suppliers and booking conditions accepted for your holiday. These will be provided before confirmation.
